You can peruse the calendar by using the controls of the embedded Google calendar.
Each of you has been added as an editor of the calendar. To edit the calendar, do the following.
For first time use...
Click Create a new Google Account (on the lower right)
For "Your current
email address:" use your MSU email address (like
Nota Bene: You are registered as an editor of the CSE498 Google calendar using your MSU email account (like firstname.lastname@example.org). Even if you already have a gmail account, you need to create a new Google account using your MSU email address.
Once you complete the registration process, you will be redirected to your own personal Google calendar.
Add the CSE498 calendar to your list of calendars.
Click on the plus sign (+) to the right of "Other Calendars" on the lower left.
Click the "Friends' Calendars" tab.
For "Search Criteria:", enter email@example.com.
For subsequent use, log on using your Google account associated with your MSU email address.
A couple of notes are in order.
By default, you will be looking at the union of your personal calendar and the CSE498 calendar. Make sure that you add entries to the appropriate calendar. You can check by looking at the calendar embedded in the course web site
You can schedule recurring meetings by clicking the "Create Event" button in the upper left of the Google calendar interface.
The calendar is a shared resource. Respect the entries added there by others.
The Capstone Lab Meeting Area is a shared resource. Only reserve times if you are certain that you need them. And, remove your reservation if you no longer need it.
If no team is using the Meeting Area and it is not reserved, any team is welcome to use it at any time without a reservation.
